Editor note: This review is an original English adaptation by Notebook Center based on the source material from Notebook-Center.ru.
Overview
Lenovo ThinkBook Plus is a 13.3-inch business laptop with an unusual second display: a 10.8-inch E Ink touch panel on the lid. The tested configuration combines an Intel Core i5-10210U, 16 GB of RAM, and a 512 GB SSD. In practical use, this model targets office users who want a conventional Windows laptop plus a low-power screen for notes, reading, and quick information checks.

Design and Build
The chassis uses anodized aluminum in Iron Grey and is built for business travel. The body is slim and relatively light at 1.4 kg, while the 180-degree hinge supports flexible desk use. Matte surfaces help reduce fingerprints, though dust remains visible. A stylus is included and can be attached magnetically to the side panels.
Displays and Media
The main 13.3-inch Full HD IPS screen is matte and suitable for office work, web use, and video playback. According to the source, color coverage reaches 100% sRGB, which is useful for users who do occasional color-sensitive tasks. The lid-mounted 10.8-inch E Ink display is monochrome and synchronized with apps such as Calendar, Mail, OneNote, and Kindle on Windows 10, making it useful for reading and note workflows.
Keyboard and Touchpad
The keyboard follows Lenovo's familiar island-style layout with comfortable key travel and white backlighting. Frequently used keys are large and easy to hit, and the arrow cluster remains practical despite smaller up/down keys. The touchpad is large, smooth, and responsive for common multitouch gestures.
Performance and Security
With a quad-core Core i5-10210U and 16 GB RAM, this configuration is designed for everyday productivity, office multitasking, and business software. Intel UHD Graphics 620 is adequate for standard visual workloads but not intended for demanding modern games. Security-focused users get dTPM 2.0 encryption support and a fingerprint reader integrated into the power button.
Ports and Battery
Connectivity includes HDMI, USB Type-C (also used for charging), two USB 3.1 ports, and a combo audio jack, plus Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0. The 45 Wh battery is rated by the manufacturer for up to 10 hours, with Rapid Charge support that can reach 80% in about one hour under suitable conditions.
Verdict
Lenovo ThinkBook Plus stands out with its E Ink lid display and is best for business users who will actively use that second screen for reading, notes, and schedule checks. If those workflows matter, the concept is practical and distinctive. If not, a standard business ultrabook may be a better value, since the core hardware here is solid but conventional.
